DPJ need resurrection!

I stronglly state that DPJ need resurrection!

DPJ used to be the ruling party 2 years ago but lost its power by the current Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of LDP (Liberal Democratic Party). DPJ is still having a hard time because it did not take a sufficient number of seats of the Diet by this election. Especially, it was a super shock that the then president Mr. Banri Kaieda lost the election and could not take a seat even by a proportional allocated seat due to the small number of votes casted to the DPJ. It lost the ruling power and its trust at the same time. Now it's in a crisis for existence whether it can survie or not. I'm super serious about it.

As DPJ lost the president, new president should be elected. The election will be taken place next month among members and official supporters. I strongly state that this is the LAST chance that DPJ can regain its power and trust and so as to do so, a young and new face must take the seat.

Mr. Goshi Hosono, an ex-minister has clearly stated that he would run the campaign. It’s good because he is both young and well known by people. However, as he used to be a minister of the government, I think he is also responsible for the DPJ’s struggling situation. I really hope another young candidate will come up!
