Is a war going to happen between France and ISIS?

According to the news related to the terror attack in Paris, I’m afraid a real war between France and ISIS would happen soon. French President Francois Hollande announced he will use “Charles de Gaulle”, a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is ready to be used to support military operations against ISIS, he has more than 3,000 troops carrying out counterinsurgency operations against Al-Qaida linked militants in the Sahel-Sahara region.

I continue saying that a war should be avoided and that Japan should not assist France related to the counter attack. Of course the terror attack made against a news magazine company are far from tolerated and definitely condemned. However, the counter attack is also avoided because it would cause an escalating chain action. Japan should advocate peaceful solutions.
