President Okada announced that DPJ drafted
2015 action plan which is to be approved at the annual meeting to be held on
March 1. It criticizes “Abenomics” and makes much of improving inequality of
society.
On the other hand, DPJ must be well
prepared for the coming unified local election to be taken place on April as this
will be the first big election after Okada becomes the president. DPJ needs to be hold on by keeping the current
number of members at least. However, I am concerned about the voting rate,
which may be very low.
