who moved in exceeds the numbers who moved out by 110 thousand. Especially,

gather many people from all over Japan. However, the birth rate of these area
are extremely low. Tokyo’s birth rate hits 1.13. The rate means the number that
a woman bears children in her entire life. Therefore, if the number is lower
than 2.0, the population decrease.
This is very serious situation. Japan is
shrinking.
